The Platform

An engine for discovery under constraint.

Dalmorien is a sovereign predictive-AI platform: it takes the fragmented records an institution already holds, resolves them into a living model of entities and relationships, and works it — predictively, causally, and with its evidence attached.

It is designed for the environments where the interesting problems actually live: accredited networks, air-gapped enclaves, estates where "send it to an API" is not an answer. Everything below runs on your hardware, under your law, within your walls.

It runs against the records an institution already holds — case files, transactions, communications, registries — classified, triaged and resolved into a single, connected model of entities and relationships. The system is honest about what it can confidently ingest, and says so in the record; it fits itself to the shape of your data rather than forcing your data into the shape of one fixed model.

02 — DISCOVER

Work the case

A guided discovery layer works your data under your direction — expanding leads, proposing hypotheses, surfacing the links your records never made explicit. It runs entirely on models held inside your estate; nothing leaves your perimeter.

03 — EXPLAIN

Cause, not coincidence

Candidate findings are put through significance testing and causal analysis before they are shown — correlation is treated as a suspect, not a witness. What emerges is not a pattern but a defensible account of cause: why this, why now, and what would change if you acted.

04 — SEAL

Seal the evidence

What survives arrives with its provenance: the connections it rests on, the tests it passed, the uncertainty it carries — bound into a cryptographically signed, tamper-evident evidence chain a regulator, court or review board can open long after the room has emptied.

05 — CONTAIN

Inside the perimeter

The whole of it runs on your infrastructure — on-premises, in sovereign cloud, or fully air-gapped where the mission demands. No telemetry, no call-home, no dependency that resolves outside your walls. The perimeter is the product.

Deployment

Runs where you run.

The platform deploys on-premises, into sovereign cloud, or into fully air-gapped enclaves — the same system in each case, not a diminished "edge edition". Models run locally on your hardware, matched to the environment they run in. There is no telemetry, no call-home, no dependency that resolves outside your perimeter.

Sovereign modes are not a configuration we support; they are the design centre — air-gapped by default, on-premises or sovereign cloud where the mission allows.
